Product Description

LTP Mattstone Natural Finish Impregnating Sealer is a professional-grade, oil and water-repellent treatment designed to offer invisible, long-lasting protection. Formulated to sit just beneath the surface, it forms a robust barrier against everyday stains without altering the character, colour, or texture of the substrate. It keeps the treated area completely breathable, making it an excellent choice for high-moisture spaces, high-traffic zones, and outdoor paving. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications

✨ Invisible Natural Finish: Safeguards your floors, walls, and patios without leaving a glossy film, keeping the stone’s original matte texture entirely unaltered.

✨ Dual Stain Defense: The advanced 2020 Formula heavily repels water, rainwater, oil, fat, and kitchen grease, helping to prevent stubborn staining and water rings.

✨ Breathable Micro-Porosity: Allows moisture vapour to escape freely from below, reducing the risk of sub-surface moisture traps, frost cracking, and efflorescence.

✨ Universal Surface Compatibility: Highly effective on all porous interior and exterior substrates, including unglazed porcelain, sandstone, slate, marble, terracotta, quarry tiles, brick, and concrete.
