The results are in from our third annual carbon footprint report: we have achieved a reduction in emissions of 20.1% per £M turnover against our previous years assessment.
We collated our annual emissions data and calculated our carbon footprint with the help of Carbon Footprint Ltd.
With this information we were able to decide:
1. Where to minimize our emissions.
2. To sponsor Carbon Offsetting Projects to offset unavoidable emissions.
This is a huge first step and we will continue to place sustainability at the heart of our business growth.
It is vital that individuals, businesses, and governments work together for the common goal of reducing our impact on the environment for future generations. Therefore, as a small business we are proud to do our bit and in turn hope to inspire, encourage and motivate others to strive to be more sustainable. #smallbusinessbigchange

Good afternoon, I would like to thank all your staff very much for your incredibly efficient service. The FDC4 firebricks which I ordered on Monday afternoon have just been delivered (and in perfect condition). Best wishes for Christmas and thank you again.
Last autumn I ordered a pair of replacement side bricks for my FDC wood burner, which were promptly dispatched. When I went to replace the old bricks I realised that I had inadvertently ordered bricks for the smaller FDC4 stove rather than an FDC5. I sent them back last week and to my delight received an email this morning from FDC saying that they would be replacing them with the larger size free of charge! This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service for a great product and I cannot commend the company and their staff highly enough.
Products are good quality and extremely popular with our customers and installers, deliveries are packaged well and arrive when they say they will. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to queries via email and telephone. 5* service.
Compliments on the new brochures and especially the new web site which is a lot clearer and easier to navigate. I look forward to doing more with you over the coming months and years.

I want to say thank you for the customer service I have received since placing my order on line. Firstly for the phone call to check that I had ordered the correct item - which I had not! Secondly to the delivery driver that took the trouble to phone me when he could not get a response from ringing the doorbell, rather than just leave the delivery in the porch. I was then able to contact the people who should have been there and it was just a case of not hearing the doorbell on this occasion. It is very refreshing to receive this level of service.
